As part of acquiring Inside Sales Bootcamp, we were able to give back to the startup community and the Techstars Foundation. The below announcement was originally shared directly via Pledge 1% Colorado

Pledge 1% Colorado announced it will distribute a generous grant to the Techstars Foundation, a program of The Community Foundation Serving Boulder County. The grant is made possible because Colorado  startup Inside Sales Bootcamp elected to share a portion of its sale proceeds with the community. Inside Sales Bootcamp was recently acquired by Sales Bootcamp. Inside Sales Bootcamp’s team chose to support The Techstars Foundation because of its work to increase diversity in entrepreneurship.

“Inside Sales Bootcamp has helped hundreds of people accelerate their careers and land new  jobs.  A majority the of placements were of women and underrepresented minorities from various startup communities across the US.” Mike Duchen, co-founder and CEO of Inside Sales Bootcamp, continued, “Ryan Reisert and I am thrilled that we were able to support an organization like the Techstars Foundation through Pledge 1% Colorado’s efforts and look forward to working with them both going forward.” To further support the startup community and anyone looking to use sales to break into tech, Sales Bootcamp has launched a Free 1-Week Online Bootcamp to get access to 1:1 coaching, office hours, and the opportunity to meet hiring partners. Reisert adds, “Inside Sales Bootcamp recognizes the important role that our friends within the Techstars community have played in helping us start and grow our company. Our employees, clients, and partners benefit from the community and we want to support the virtuous cycle that builds stronger communities and help anyone trying to be a part of the startup ecosystem.”

“Congratulations to Inside Sales Bootcamp for their commitment to philanthropic leadership. Including the community as a key stakeholder means social impact, and it has great benefits for the company, as well. Thank you to Inside Sales Bootcamp for making this part of your culture from the early stages,” Matt Zwiebel, Director for Pledge 1% Colorado.
