Nico’s career path shifted when he discovered that marketing didn’t align with his aspirations. After starting his career in marketing, he discovered it wasn’t the right fit for him. What truly excited him was the dynamic, results-driven nature of sales, especially the opportunity to earn through commissions. Inspired by his parents, who both excel in sales—his mom at UC Berkeley Executive Education and his dad in Italian food distribution—Nico saw firsthand the rewards of hard work and determination. Combining this inspiration with his passion for technology, he decided to pursue a career in sales.

Today, Nico thrives in his role at Meadow, where he feels aligned with the company’s mission and growth trajectory. Being part of a growing organization excites him, as he can directly see how his contributions make an impact. Nico’s long-term goal is to become an Account Executive, and he’s using this experience to build the foundation for his future success. Together, they navigated the challenges of being pioneers in their roles, learning through trial and error.
