Account Executive – San Francisco

Position Summary:

As a member of Vendition’s sales team, you will play a key role in developing relationships with other companies and introducing them to Vendition’s Apprenticeship program. Your ultimate goal is to onboard new organizations onto Vendition’s Apprenticeship platform, introduce them to the Apprenticeship model, and help them hire SDRs.  

About you:

We expect you to be experienced in the world of Sales, either as an SDR or in other roles, but we do not require that you have been a closer at a previous company.  You’re resourceful, hard working, and have a mastery of relationship building, understanding intimately that the sale does not end at the contract signature.

Need to have:

  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong self motivation and ability to teach yourself new skills
  • Incredible personal relationship building skills.
  • Extremely detail and process oriented
  • 12+ months of ANY sales experience

Nice to have:

  • 4-year degree
  • B2B Sales Development experience
  • Experience hiring, onboarding and training new SDRs
